We offer free, fast delivery on all mainland UK postal address orders.

Delivery
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you an email with tracking information.
We aim to dispatch any orders placed before 12pm on the same day (Monday-Friday).
We regret we cannot dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be dispatched on Monday (this excludes colour cards and colour charts which normally take 2-3 working days to arrive).
Orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery times may vary upon on your location. Please see further information below about deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland & UK Islands.
Please note that whilst we will do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives within the delivery timelines stated in the table above, we cannot guarantee this. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control can cause delays.

NORTHERN IRELAND AND UK ISLANDS
We offer a delivery service to Northern Ireland and UK Islands (including Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey etc) upon request.
Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the delivery options available to you.
Orders to Northern Ireland and UK Islands have a variable delivery fee depending on the size of the order and the postcode.

Returns
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
We’ve made it easy for you to return your paint back to us within 28 days if you have ordered too much.
If you wish to return goods back to us, simply contact our customer service team by emailing [email protected] and provide us with the following details:

Item(s) for returning*
Reason for returning*
Once your return is approved, we’ll supply you with a label for you to print so that you can post your return at your nearest drop-off point.
Please note that all returns are made at your own risk, and if any damage is sustained to the product, we may apply a restocking fee.
Items must be unopened and in their original condition.
Once we receive the items, we will issue a full refund within a 7-day period. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount automatically. For UK mainland orders, return shipping costs £6 per box. Other locations can vary.

HOW YOUR RETURN IS PROCESSED
