We offer free, fast delivery on all mainland UK orders, so you can get the paint you need, when you need it.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you an email with tracking information.

We aim to dispatch any orders placed before 12pm on the same day (Monday-Friday).

We regret we cannot dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be dispatched on Monday (this excludes colour cards and colour charts which normally take 2-3 working days to arrive).

Orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery times may vary upon on your location. Please see further information below about deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland & UK Islands.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS

We offer our free delivery service to colour charts and colour cards anywhere in the UK.

For all other orders to the Scottish Highlands, delivery is still available, but a small fee applies due to courier surcharges for remote areas. Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout, but to help you plan your project we’ve outlined the costs and timeframes below.

All of our delivery charges are estimated based on how many boxes your order requires. We cap this cost, so no matter how much you order, you wonโ€™t pay more than a set maximum for delivery.

To help you estimate delivery costs, hereโ€™s how we calculate box sizes:

– A 5L or 10L tub of paint or cream = 1 per box
– A 5L or 10L tub of cleaner or primer = 2 per box
– Samples and tools = Up to 5 items per box

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to JE and GY postcodes.

Returns

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

We’ve made it easy for you to return your paint back to us within 28 days if you have ordered too much.

If you wish to return goods back to us, simply contact our customer service teamย by emailing [email protected] and provide us with the following details:

Once your return is approved, weโ€™ll supply you with a label for you to print so that you can post your return at your nearest drop-off point.

Please note that all returns are made at your own risk, and if any damage is sustained to the product, we may apply a restocking fee.

Items must be unopened and in their original condition.

Once we receive the items, we will issue a full refund within a 7-day period. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount automatically. For UK mainland orders, return shipping costs ยฃ6 per box. Other locations can vary.

HOW YOUR RETURN IS PROCESSED

Once we receive the returned item, you will receive an email confirmation.

We will check and process the returned item and issue a full refund within a 7 day period.
