Returns Information

We will do our utmost to ensure that your experience with Emperor Paint is a positive one.

If you require, we will accept returns within 28 days of ordering.

This is provided goods are in the original packaging and have not been opened.

We unfortunately can not accept returns on tinted paint.

Prior to returning goods to us, you must arrange this with our customer services team.

Faulty products

If any goods you purchase from us is faulty upon receipt, we may offer a replacement product or refund as appropriate, upon investigation.

If a fault to your goods is apparent upon receipt of your order, please contact our customer services team who will be happy to help.

Returning Goods To Us

It is the customers responsibility to arrange the return of goods to us. Once we receive the items, we will issue a full refund within a 7 day period.

Items must be returned in the condition you received them in.
